Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Epping. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.
Availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
Requirements
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Pay rates
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Your responsibilities
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Coach each client one-to-one.

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
