We are looking for an cutting-edge on trend cook that can work independently.

Be available for some nights and weekends.

Have at least 2 years experience as cook and a flair for well presented, quality on trend food.

Be honest, enthusiastic and be able to work independently without supervision.

Must have RSA and be able to manage Square POS

Job Duties:

- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Oversee and manage kitchen operations
- Clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations
- Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities




- Prepare cocktails, drinks and other services behind bar.
- Take orders on Square POS system

Additional Duties:

- Food shopping
- Recording food temperature
