Layminora Aromas is a proudly Australian-owned fragrance and home fragrance business specialising in beautifully scented candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, perfumes, body products and more.
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at our pop-up store in DFO Moorabbin.

About the Role
As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our products and helping create a welcoming shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive customer service.
- Assist customers with fragrance selections and product recommendations.
- Actively promote products, special offers and promotions to drive sales.
- Process customer transactions using our Square POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed neatly.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Work independently and confidently manage the pop-up store during rostered shifts.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers.
- Enthusiastic about sales and providing excellent customer service.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Well-presented with a positive attitude.
- Able to take initiative during quieter periods.
- Flexible with availability, including weekends.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Experience in fragrance, beauty or homewares retail will be highly regarded.
