ARC Staff is looking for a motivated and organised Temp Desk Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team for a 6-month contract.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling priorities and has exceptional attention to detail.

What we're looking for:
✅ Previous labour hire / recruitment experience is highly desirable
✅ Excellent organisational and time management skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Ability to work under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
✅ Great communication - must have solid command of both written and verbal English and relationship-building skills
✅ A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved
✅ Must have own transport
