We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Turvey Park. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
How we support you
Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
Day to day
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Hours you need to be free
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
What it pays
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Requirements
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
