DSC Personnel is currently seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a well-established company specialising in timber products, based in Smeaton Grange.
This is a great opportunity for someone with CNC operating experience who is looking for ongoing work within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC machinery to manufacture timber products.
- Loading and unloading materials into machinery.
- Reading and following job specifications and production instructions.
- Monitoring machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Performing quality checks on finished products.
- Assisting with general factory duties and material handling.
- Maintaining a clean and protected working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous CNC machine operating experience is essential.
- Experience working with timber products or within the timber manufacturing industry is highly regarded.
- Ability to read and follow production instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
