Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Northwood

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Northwood, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Availability needed

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)

- Work within our coaching and administration processes.




- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- What you will need

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
