ACM Healthcare is seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist for an 8-week locum assignment at Alice Springs Hospital. The role offers a hands-on prospect to contribute to acute hospital pharmacy services within a supportive multidisciplinary team in Central Australia. You will deliver ward-based clinical services, medication reconciliation and reviews, as well as inpatient and discharge dispensing, while collaborating with doctors, nurses and allied health staff to ensure safe medication
