Looking for a casual personal training role in Palm Beach? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.
What the role involves
Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
Qualifications
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
Availability needed
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Pay rates
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
