Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Greystanes

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Greystanes. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

What you will need

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Availability needed
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

What the role involves

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Pay structure





You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
