Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Austral Bankstown Aerodrome

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Bankstown Aerodrome. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

The role

- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Talk recent enquiries through how the training works.




- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- When you need to be available

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
