MFLC Logistics is a growing Melbourne-based transport company operating out of Campbellfield. We specialise in temperature-controlled freight and pride ourselves on reliable, on-time delivery for our customers. We're looking for a sharp, dependable HR driver to join our refrigerated fleet.

The Role
You'll be running single SKU drops across metropolitan Melbourne in a refrigerated/frozen HR truck. Same product, multiple customers, so once you know the routine, it's all about efficiency. You'll be working alongside an offsider, and the two of you will need to work as a tight team to keep the run moving.

Speed and accuracy matter here. Our customers rely on us to arrive on time with product at the right temperature, and every stop counts.

What You'll Be Doing

- Driving a refrigerated HR rigid on metro Melbourne multi-drop runs
- Loading and unloading product with your offsider, working quickly and safely
- Monitoring and maintaining correct product temperatures throughout the run




- Completing proof of delivery and paperwork accurately via our driver app
- Pre-start vehicle checks and keeping the truck clean and presentable
- Representing the business professionally with customers

What We're Looking For

- Current HR licence (essential)
- Refrigerated transport experience (essential)
- Frozen goods experience (highly regarded)
- Solid Melbourne metro road knowledge
- Ability to work at pace while staying safe and accurate
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Clean driving record
- Forklift licence or pallet jack experience (a bonus, not essential)
