This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Casula, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.
Pay structure
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Availability needed
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
What you will do
Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Attend mentoring and team workshops.
Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
To be considered
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
