Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Morisset. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.
When you need to be available
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Requirements
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
The role
Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
You will not pay gym rent.
Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
Pay rates
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
