Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Seven Hills
Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Seven Hills. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.
Your responsibilities
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- What you will need
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Pay structure
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week:
$45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
Availability needed
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
