About Indoor Padel Australia

Indoor Padel Australia is the country’s leading indoor padel facility, home to high-performance coaching, community programs, and a thriving padel culture. With world-class venues in Alexandria and the Northern Beaches, we’re on a mission to grow the sport of Padel in Australia.

The Role

We’re seeking a casual worker for reception shifts at our padel facility in Alexandria. In this role, you'll help us deliver top service to our customers and create a welcoming, homely atmosphere.

We require no prior experience or understanding of padel; everything will be taught through training.

Evening and weekend shifts, based on a rotating roster.
Weekdays between 4PM-11PM and weekends between 6.15AM and 11PM.
The amount of weekly hours is flexible depending on your availability.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional customer service at reception and the bar.

- Open and close the facility independently.

- Assist customers with bookings, payments, and general enquiries.





- Clearly explain our booking system, facility rules, and policies.

- Serve drinks at the bar in accordance with RSA requirements.

- Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting environment throughout the facility.

- Help create a positive atmosphere and contribute to our growing padel community.

Skills & Experience Qualifications

- Hospitality or customer service experience.

- RSA certificate.

- First aid certificate.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- A friendly and approachable personality.

- Reliability, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

- Robust attention to detail and a practical, can-do attitude.

Pay: $34.37 – $69.52 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
