Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Raby
This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Raby, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.
To be considered
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Day to day
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
When you need to be available
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
What it pays
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
