What You'll Be Doing

- Engaging in professional conversations with prospective clients and business professionals.
- Assessing fit and alignment through a structured interview and follow-up process.
- Building trusted qualified relationships through clear, genuine communication.
- Using established business development, marketing and communication systems.
- Managing your own priorities, activity and follow-up within a self-directed working model.
- Participating in ongoing training, mentoring and professional development.
- Working toward clear individual goals and performance outcomes.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in experienced professionals who bring strong communication skills,



commercial awareness and a genuine interest in continued professional and personal development.

You may have a background in business development, leadership, consulting, sales, account management, recruitment, people development, professional services or another relationship-focused field.

How the Role Works

This is a self-directed, results-driven role with performance-based compensation. Your results are linked to your own activity, consistency and outcomes rather than a fixed salary.

You will have access to established systems, structured training, mentoring and ongoing professional support,



while retaining responsibility for how you organise your activity and work toward your individual goals.

The role is remote-based and is best suited to someone comfortable working autonomously within a professional framework and maintaining consistent business development activity.
