Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Newington

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Newington, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay rates

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Your responsibilities





Follow our coaching and admin systems. Be part of our mentoring and team workshops. Coach each client one-to-one. Talk current enquiries through how the training works.

Rent and support

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
