We're looking for an experienced Fashion Sales Superstar, who understands women of all ages and knows how to style them in a way that makes them feel incredible and boosts their confidence.
We need someone who:
* Has proven experience styling women across different ages, shapes and sizes.
* You understand the difference between serving a customer and actively selling to them; using positive, proactive language.
* You know how to guide customers to the right purchase and confidently close the sale.
* You're confident working in a fast-paced boutique environment; styling, processing online orders, serving customers and ‘doing the dance’.
* You have a great eye for fashion, fit and trends.
* You're warm, positive, reliable and thrive as part of a close-knit team.
* You're an expert at keeping a boutique looking beautiful and inspiring.
The role:
* Weekend availability is essential,
plus the opportunity for additional hours during busy periods and occasional cover on weekdays.
* 6-12 hours/week
* POS and all training provided but fashion sales experience is essential.
