You should be certified or in the process of getting certified in real estate. You need to have a driving licence and access to vehicle all the time.

You’ll be working in the field, gaining real exposure to:

- Actual listings
- Real buyers and sellers
- Live negotiations
- Real sales campaigns

You’ll learn the industry properly — by doing the work.

Depending on your skills and experience, you will:

- Conduct appraisals, open homes, private inspections, and buyer appointments
- Prospect for new listings through calls, networking, community engagement, and digital outreach
- Work directly with sellers to prepare, launch, and manage sales campaigns
- Assist buyers with property selection, offers, and negotiations
- Build your personal brand and presence in your local market
- Receive structured coaching, mentoring, and certification support

What We’re Looking For

- Certified or finishing soon with a certificate in Real Estate.
- A valid driver’s licence and vehicle

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and reliability
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work in the field
- Experience is welcome but not mandatory if you are ready to put in consistent effort.

We offer flexible arrangements depending on your background and skill set:
