We are looking for a reliable, experienced and hardworking Industrial / Commercial Cleaner to join our team.
The role involves working at a commercial facility, carrying out general and industrial cleaning duties including industrial sweeping, pressure cleaning and general facility cleaning.
This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with early morning starts, physically active work and operating commercial cleaning equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Industrial sweeping of internal and external areas
- Pressure cleaning of designated areas
- Sweeping and cleaning warehouse, loading, car park and external areas as required
- Vacuuming, mopping and general commercial cleaning
- Cleaning amenities, toilets and common areas
- Waste collection and disposal
- Operating commercial and industrial cleaning equipment
- Using cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
- Completing cleaning checklists and required records
- Reporting hazards, maintenance issues or damaged equipment
- Following site-specific cleaning procedures
- Following all WHS and safety requirements
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation across the facility
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Current Police Check – Mandatory
- Valid Driver Licence – Mandatory
- Valid Australian working rights
- Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience
- Experience with industrial sweeping and pressure cleaning preferred
- Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment
- Good understanding of WHS and safe chemical handling
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transport and ability to consistently attend 3:00 AM starts
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude

Working Hours
The standard shift is:
3:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Approximately 15–30 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours depending on operational requirements.
Some weekend, public holiday or additional shift availability may be required.
About the Role
This is a hands-on cleaning position in a commercial environment. We are looking for someone who is proactive, physically capable and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe facility.
Candidates with previous experience in industrial cleaning, pressure cleaning, sweeping, warehouse cleaning or commercial facility cleaning are strongly encouraged to apply.
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
