We are offering a unique opportunity to learn how to manage and grow an established commercial cleaning business, with a potential pathway to ownership over 5–7 years.

The business:

· Approximately $300,000 annual owner benefit, subject to verification

· Indicative valuation of $900,000

· Established clients, contracts and operating systems

The right candidate could progress from experienced cleaner, team leader or supervisor to business manager and potentially part-owner, with the opportunity to work towards full ownership.

Training,



mentoring and potential vendor finance may be available to a suitable candidate.
