About Us

DeRUCCI is an international furniture and bedding brand offering mattresses, bed frames, sofas and dining furniture. We are looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and brand promotion across our Sydney stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for store promotions, seasonal events, product launches and store openings.
- Create coordinated promotional materials for each campaign, including posters, social media graphics and short videos.
- Liaise with shopping centre marketing teams to coordinate promotional plans, access marketing opportunities and organise joint activities.
- Manage and regularly publish content on Facebook, Instagram and redbook.
- Adapt images, videos and product information provided by our head office for the Australian market.
- Write engaging social media captions, promotional copy and product content.
- Visit stores as required to capture product photos, videos and lifestyle content.
- Assist with Facebook and Instagram advertising, including campaign setup, performance monitoring and basic reporting.
- Work with store teams to ensure promotional information is accurate and materials are delivered on time.
- Maintain a content calendar and organise a library of reusable marketing assets.




- Proactively suggest ways to increase brand awareness, customer enquiries and store visits.

About You

- Previous experience in marketing, social media management or content creation.
- Proficient in Canva or Adobe design tools, with basic video editing skills.
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram and Meta Business Suite.
- Solid copywriting, communication and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and take tasks from idea through to completion.
- An interest in furniture, interiors or lifestyle brands.
- Mandarin language skills and experience with redbook would be an advantage.
- Experience in retail marketing or paid social advertising would be highly regarded.

Position Details

- Part-time, with working days and hours to be discussed.
- Based in Sydney, with visits to our stores as required.
- Remuneration based on experience and skills.
