Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Fairfield East

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Fairfield East. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

What you will do

- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Hours you need to be free
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.





What it pays

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
