Job Description
/n Puntukurnu Aboriginal Medical Service (PAMS) is seeking an experienced and passionate Child Health Nurse to join our Remote Services team and make a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of Martu children and families across some of Western Australia’s most remote communities /n /n

About the Role
/n /n
- Full time (75 hours per fortnight) /n
- FIFO roster /n
- Accommodation, board and lodging provided /n
- Work within a multidisciplinary team delivering child, family and school health services. /n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n
- Deliver child health assessments and developmental screening /n
- Coordinate childhood immunisations /n
- Provide family and school health services /n
- Support children with complex health needs /n
- Deliver health promotion and education programs /n
- Work closely with communities, schools and visiting specialists.



/n /n About You /n /n
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration /n
- Child and Family Health qualification and/or relevant experience /n
- Experience working with Aboriginal communities and remote health services /n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills /n
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting. /n /n Requirements /n /n
- National Police Clearance /n
- Working With Children Check /n
- Current Manual Driver’s Licence /n
