/n AG Security Group is seeking a commercially astute and strategic Business Operations Manager to lead our corporate support functions during an exciting phase of organisational growth. /n /n This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing Finance, administration, P&C;, IT, HSEQ, Commercial, facility management, and marketing & communications. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will ensure these critical functions are aligned, efficient, and positioned to support the company’s operational divisions. /n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across Finance, Administration, P&C;, IT, and HSEQ /n
• Provide strategic financial, operational and commercial advice and insight to the Managing Director and Executive Leadership Team /n
• Deliver structured financial and operational reporting, dashboards and performance analysis /n
• Oversee corporate compliance, governance and risk /n
• Manage facility and plant lease arrangements /n
• Coordinate IT strategy, infrastructure and security /n
• Develop and execute marketing strategy including digital, SEO/SEM and brand management /n




• Manage department budgets to deliver strong ROI /n
• Ensure compliance with legislative, Business Management System (BMS) and ISO certification requirements /n
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a high-performance, safety-focused culture /n /n About You /n /n You are a confident and capable senior leader who combines strong commercial acumen with operational discipline. /n You will bring: /n
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or related discipline /n
• CA or CPA accreditation (essential) /n
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior commercial, finance, operational or business management role /n
• Proven experience leading diverse teams with multiple direct reports /n
• Solid strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement capability /n
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence /n
• Sound judgement, initiative and decision-making ability /n Experience in security, construction, technology, professional services or similar industries will be highly regarded. /n /n Why Join Us? /n /n
