Key Responsibilities
/n RN/M1 /n /n
- Assess patient/client needs and provide direct person-centred care and individual case management /n
- Monitor care plans and coordinate services with other disciplines or agencies /n
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure safe and effective care /n
- Provide health promotion and education to patients, clients, carers, and groups /n
- Support clinical learning for students, new staff, and graduates. /n /n RN/M2C /n /n
- Provide proficient, person-centred nursing care and individual case management in a defined clinical area /n
- Monitor care plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and evaluate patient progress /n
- Assist the Nurse Unit Manager with management, clinical, and quality improvement activities /n
- Participate in clinical teaching, mentoring, and career development for staff and students /n
