What You'll Be Doing/n /n
- Speak with small business owners daily, building trust and uncovering opportunities through meaningful sales conversations. /n
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities. /n
- Take ownership of the customer journey from initial contact through to settlement. /n
- Confidently handle objections, negotiate outcomes and close business. /n
- Consistently exceed sales and activity targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. /n
- Maintain accurate CRM records and meet compliance requirements. /n What You'll Bring/n /n
- Proven success in a high-volume phone-based sales role. /n
- Experience managing a busy pipeline and juggling multiple customer conversations simultaneously. /n
- Strong closing, objection handling and influencing skills. /n
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. /n
- Resilience, energy and a genuine drive to win. /n
- Confidence building rapport quickly and creating trust over the phone. /n
- Experience in contact centre sales,
