MRT Wetherill Park NSW Turn Your Sales Skills Into a Long-Term Career/n If you’re currently selling cars in a dealership environment (or have done so in the past) or you have experience selling auto-accessories, this role is built for you. /n /n MRT is expanding nationally and we’re now seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Wetherill Park showroom. This role is ideal for someone who understands structured sales processes, closing face-to-face deals, managing customer journeys and hitting targets — without the late nights or Sunday trading. About MRT/n MRT is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer of premium vehicle trays, canopies, toolboxes and 4WD accessories, servicing retail, trade, fleet, government and dealership customers nationwide. The Opportunity/n As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers from first enquiry through to sale completion. This is a consultative, solution-based sales role with a strong showroom presence. /n /n Your day will include: /n /n
- Welcoming customers into the MRT showroom and guiding them through tailored vehicle solutions /n
- Managing inbound enquiries (walk-in, phone, email, web & live chat) /n
- Building rapport quickly and confidently — just like a dealership workplace /n
- Closing sales face-to-face and over the phone /n
- Preparing quotes, processing deposits and invoices /n




- Maintaining CRM accuracy and customer follow-up /n
- Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets /n
- Providing exceptional after-sales service to drive repeat business /n This Role Is Perfect For You If You Have:/n /n
- Car sales, accessories sales, or dealership experience (new or used vehicles, finance, accessories or fleet) /n
- A proven ability to close face-to-face sales /n
- Confidence working to KPIs and sales targets /n
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills /n
- Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset /n
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail /n Best Yet if you have …/n /n
- automotive accessories, 4WD, fleet or trade sales /n
- an understanding of the range of accessories available on the market currently for 4WD’s. /n
