- Baking & Preparation: Mixing, baking, assembly & decoration of our signature continental cakes, sponges, muds and all manner of custom cake designs.
- Creative Cake Decoration: Decorating cakes and bringing our clients' visions to life with stunning custom cake designs.
- Customer Service & Sales: Welcoming customers with a smile, answering inquiries, taking exact custom cake orders, and operating the POS.
- Suitability: Those with experience in a similar role or with a qualification. We understand not everybody's skill set is the same, so we provide plenty of training and work with you to build on the skills you already possess. You don't need to be a master of everything on day one! Whether you are stronger at baking, decorating, or front-of-house service,
we will support you step-by-step to help you grow into a confident, multi-skilled all-rounder.
- Hours : P/T or F/T negotiable dependant on your availability. We prefer to have a set roster to avoid disruption to clients and other staff. Partial weekend availability is imperative in our industry, typically 6hrs on a sat OR 4hrs on a sun . We have a christmas closure period so no stress if you already have a break planned.
