What you will bring to the team

- Minimum 1 year experience in a fast paced takeaway venue
- Ability to work autonomously and assist in training junior team members
- Confidence in a customer facing venue
- Assist in ordering, stock management, food costs and kitchen administration when needed
- Driving consistency, quality and portion control
- Maintain solid prep and kitchen systems
- Help build a positive and professional environment
