Experienced Veterinary Nurse Position

MustCare Windaroo is seeking an experienced veterinary nurse who enjoys high quality clinical nursing and working as part of a calm, capable team.

This role is suited to a nurse who is already confident with anaesthesia, dentistry, and surgical nursing, and who values doing things properly rather than rushing through the day. This position focuses on clinical nursing, teamwork, and maintaining strong patient care standards together.

This role is likely a great fit if you:

- Are confident monitoring anaesthetics and managing recovery
- Have solid dentistry and surgical nursing skills
- Notice patient changes early and communicate clearly with vets
- Value gentle handling, cleanliness, and organised workflows
- Enjoy working with experienced colleagues in a respectful environment
- Want to focus on excellent nursing rather than management

This role will not be the right fit if:

- You are still developing confidence in theatre or anaesthesia
- You prefer a very slow paced clinic with limited surgical exposure
- You are looking for a leadership or head nurse role

We are looking for someone who can step into theatre comfortably and contribute from the beginning.
