Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring timely renewal and policy support
- Prepare renewal documentation and support the renewal process across all accounts
- Assist with claims management, ensuring swift processing and resolution
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing clients and prospect recent clients
- Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Handle debtor management to ensure outstanding payments are collected promptly
- Support operational and administrative tasks as required using Office applications
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in account or client relationship management, ideally within insurance
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Qualification
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Familiarity with Winbeat and Office Tech is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
