Marketing, Community Engagement & Intake Coordinator

Enhance Living Options is looking for a flexible, people-focused team member to help more people discover and connect with our services. The main focus of this role is to build brand awareness, strengthen community connections and bring new clients to Enhance Living Options.

We’re open to applicants seeking casual, part-time or full time employment. You’ll help share what we do, build relationships with local organisations and community members, and guide prospective clients through their first enquiry and intake. As part of a growing team, you’ll also be willing to help with other tasks as needed.

What you’ll do

- Help promote Enhance Living Options and build awareness of our services
- Create and share engaging marketing content across suitable channels
- Build positive relationships with community groups, referrers and local organisations
- Identify opportunities to connect with prospective clients and referral partners
- Respond to enquiries and help guide people through the intake process
- Gather information from prospective clients and help coordinate their next steps
- Represent Enhance Living Options professionally at community events and meetings




- Support other team tasks when required

About you

- You’re a confident communicator who enjoys meeting and connecting with people
- You have an interest in marketing, community engagement, client intake or a related area
- You’re organised, approachable and comfortable managing a variety of tasks
- You can work independently while staying connected with the wider team
- You’re adaptable and happy to pitch in where needed
- Experience in marketing, community services, disability or aged care, or client intake is an advantage

The role

This position combines marketing, community engagement and intake responsibilities, with flexibility to support other tasks as needed. The central goal is to increase awareness of Enhance Living Options and help more people access our services.
