FULL-TIME WAREHOUSE STAFF WANTED

Picker / Packer & Forklift Driver

FULL-TIME | LONG-TERM / ONGOING EMPLOYMENT

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for reliable and hardworking warehouse team members to join our operation on a full-time, long-term basis.

We are seeking candidates who value stability, safety, accuracy and teamwork, and who are looking to build a long-term role in a warehouse environment.

Position 1: Picker / Packer

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Use PDA / RF scanners to process orders and stock movements.

Check SKUs, quantities, labels and order information before dispatch.

Pack, label and prepare cartons or pallets for dispatch.

Assist with pallet preparation, wrapping and general outbound duties.

Carry out replenishment and general stock movements when required.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.

Assist with other general warehouse duties as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

Previous warehouse, Picker/Packer or 3PL experience is preferred.

Basic English communication skills and ability to read simple order, SKU and label information.

Good attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.

Reliable, punctual and able to maintain consistent attendance.

Comfortable with physical warehouse work, including standing, walking, lifting and repetitive tasks.

Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Must have ongoing legal full time working rights in Australia.

Position 2: Forklift Driver

Key Responsibilities

Operate Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklifts for daily warehouse operations.

Perform pallet put-away, retrieval and internal stock transfers.

Carry out replenishment for picking locations.

Assist with inbound and outbound loading / unloading activities.

Prepare pallets and stock for dispatch.

Assist with pallet wrapping,



staging and general dispatch preparation.

Support inventory movements and warehouse organisation.

Follow all site safety procedures and safe forklift operating practices.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Australian LF Forklift Licence.

Previous practical forklift operating experience is required.

Reach Forklift experience is highly regarded.

Previous 3PL or warehouse experience is preferred.

Able to safely and confidently perform pallet put-away and retrieval.

Strong safety awareness, responsibility and attention to detail.

Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively with supervisors and the wider team.

Must have ongoing legal full-time working rights in Australia.

These roles are intended for candidates seeking stable ongoing employment rather than short-term or seasonal work. Experience in 3PL warehousing, picking, packing, RF scanning, PDA systems, Reach Forklift, inbound, outbound or replenishment will be highly regarded.
