About the role
/n Be part of the Oroton legacy as a Seasonal Retail Team Member this festive season – bringing passion, energy, and style to create memorable experiences during one of our most rewarding times of year. As a brand ambassador, you’ll develop a solid understanding of our collections to confidently guide customers through our iconic leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear. From styling support to genuine connection, you’ll ensure every customer feels welcomed, valued, and supported – bringing warmth and exceptional service to each interaction. /n /n We are seeking Seasonal Customer Experience Specialists for the following store locations: /n /n
- Perth CBD /n
- Karrinyup /n
- Claremont /n
- Perth DFO /n /n /n What you’ll bring to Oroton /n /n
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer experiences /n
- Previous retail experience within apparel, accessories or premium retail (essential) /n
- Confidence achieving sales targets and working towards KPIs /n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn /n
- Impeccable personal presentation that reflects the Oroton brand /n
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment during our busiest trading period /n /n /n Seasonal Details /n /n
- Commencement date from November 2026 – February 2027 /n
- Begin as a seasonal team member, with the opportunity to continue as an ongoing casual – and even step into permanent roles, depending on performance /n
