Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and support to older individuals in accordance with their individual care plans. /n
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and personal hygiene. /n
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity while promoting their physical and emotional well-being. /n
- Work collaboratively with other team members and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. /n
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in their condition to the appropriate personnel. /n
- Adhere to all safety and quality care standards,

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification. /n
- Experience supporting older people and seniors in community and home settings. /n
- Experience working with people living with disability and complex needs. /n
- Competency in using smartphones and mobile devices with internet access. /n
- Commitment to quality care and a safety-first approach. /n
- Understanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality. /n
