Description

We are looking for a reliable, energetic and organised Junior Property & Operations Assistant to join our growing property management team.

This is an entry-level, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being out and about as well as helping with day-to-day office operations. Previous real estate experience is not essential — full training will be provided.

What you’ll be doing

- Completing property outgoings and general property visits
- Dropping off and collecting keys
- Assisting with basic property inspections and operational tasks
- Delivering and collecting items from properties
- Organising keys and property-related supplies
- Keeping our warehouse and stock areas organised
- Organising office supplies and operational areas
- Basic administration and data entry
- Assisting the property and operations teams with day-to-day tasks
- Liaising with team members, occupants and contractors when required
- Other general property and operational duties as required

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Is organised and able to follow instructions
- Has a positive and professional attitude
- Is comfortable working independently
- Enjoys being out on the road and visiting different properties
- Is comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Has good communication skills
- Is looking to build experience within the property industry

Essential requirements

- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Own reliable car
- Comfortable driving to properties throughout Sydney
- Full Australian working rights
- Must be available to work Tuesday to Saturday




- Able to perform light stock handling and general warehouse/office organisation

Hours & Benefits

- Full-time – 38 hours per week
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Sunday & Monday off
- $55,000 + superannuation
- Fuel for work-related travel is paid by the company
