Car Sales Consultant – QC Motor Group (East Victoria Park, WA)

About Us

QC Motor Group is a licensed used car dealership (MD29118) based in East Victoria Park, Perth. We specialise in quality pre-owned vehicles, with flexible finance options and a friendly, no-pressure approach. We're growing and looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them find the right car and guiding them from enquiry through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to online enquiries (Facebook Marketplace, Autotrader, phone, SMS) and convert leads into appointments
- Meet and greet customers, understand their needs and budget, and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds
- Explain finance options and work with our finance partners to get customers approved
- Handle trade-in appraisals and negotiate deals
- Prepare sales paperwork accurately and in line with WA dealer compliance requirements
- Follow up with leads and past customers to build repeat and referral business
- Help keep the yard and vehicles presented to a high standard

About You

- Previous experience in automotive sales is highly regarded,



but not essential for the right person
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based workplace
- Professional presentation and a genuine customer-first attitude
- Good computer and smartphone skills (social media, CRM, messaging)
- Valid WA driver's licence (C class) and a clean driving record
- Full Australian work rights
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a big advantage – we serve a diverse Perth community

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $XX,000 – $XX,000 per year + commission
