Personal Training Position | North Turramurra

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in North Turramurra who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Day to day

- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:





- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
