Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Dianella
This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Dianella, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.
To be considered
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay structure
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Day to day
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
Availability needed
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
