About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and dedicated NDIS Support Worker to support a participant located in Miles, Queensland.

The successful candidate will provide person-centred assistance based on the participant's individual needs, preferences, and support requirements. We are looking for someone who is patient, skilled, dependable, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide personalised support in line with the participant's needs and support plan.
- Assist with daily living activities, as required.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and personal choice.
- Support community access and participation in meaningful activities, where required.
- Build a positive and respectful relationship with the participant.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and report any incidents or concerns.
- Follow relevant workplace policies, procedures, and NDIS requirements.
- Respect the participant's dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

Expected hours: 6.0 per week
