Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking an experienced Front Office professional to join the Rooms Controller team. You will manage daily room inventory, allocations and guest preferences to ensure seamless arrivals and VIP handling.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you’ll collaborate with Guest Services, Housekeeping and Engineering to optimise room readiness and guest experience in a luxury workplace on Sydney’s waterfront.
