About Makodah Care
Makodah Care is a disability support provider founded on lived experience.
Our understanding of disability doesn't come solely from policies, qualifications or professional experience. That lived experience is at the heart of how Makodah Care operates.
We know that quality support is about far more than completing tasks or filling shifts. It's about consistency, trust,

Our approach is simple:
Real People. Real Care. Real Difference.

Because of our own lived experience, the people we welcome into our team matter enormously to us.
We ask ourselves a simple question when recruiting:
Would we feel comfortable having this person support someone we love?
We're looking for people who genuinely care about the quality of support they provide. People who are reliable, respectful and understand that positive support isn't about taking over—it's about empowering people to live life on their own terms.
