Gold Coast Disability and Youth in Nerang, QLD is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to lead generalist HR with a strong focus on SCHADS Award compliance. You will partner with operations, recruitment and payroll to keep classifications, pay points and contracts compliant while supporting a fair, protected and engaged workplace.

You will interpret the SCHADS Award, manage roster and payroll alignment, and assist with upcoming wage changes and classification restructuring, ensuring staff
