Wilson Security is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the National Operations Centre at Essendon Fields. This full time reliever role supports both Guarding and Patrol Services, covering a 24/7 roster, including days and nights, weekends and public holidays.
On any shift you will dispatch patrol officers, manage after-hours rostering, monitor welfare, and handle CCTV events. You will liaise with clients, staff and supply partners and maintain accurate records across systems.
