Specsavers Australia is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide frontline IT support for Supply Chain, Retail and Corporate lines. You will be the first point of contact for incidents and requests, ensuring timely updates and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires about 2 years of IT Support Desk experience, strong communication skills, and exposure to ServiceNow; ITIL certification is desirable. This is a full-time, in office position with a rotating roster including weekends.
