About the Role

As an APS6 level Design Strategist, you will:

- Lead and coordinate strategic projects, programs and initiatives from planning through to delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, governance documentation and reporting activities.
- Conduct complex research, investigations and analysis to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Prepare high-quality reports, executive briefs, business cases, discussion papers and corporate documentation.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
- Provide specialist advice and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Support policy development, workforce planning and organisational improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to procurement, contract management and project quality assurance activities.
- Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to achieve strategic outcomes.
