About the Role
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for managing your own listings and clients while developing new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Listing and selling residential properties
- Prospecting and generating new business
- Conducting buyer appointments and open homes
- Managing vendor relationships from listing through to settlement
- Following up buyers and maintaining your database
- Negotiating offers and achieving the best possible results for vendors
- Preparing and conducting auctions where required
- Developing strong relationships within the local community
- Maintaining a high level of communication and customer service
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in residential real estate sales
- Has a strong understanding of the local property market
- Is confident with prospecting and generating new business
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Is motivated, driven and results focused
- Is well presented and professional
- Has excellent time management and organisational skills
- Can work independently while being part of a team
- Holds a current Estate Agent Representative Cert
- Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
